We read everything and aim to reply to corrections within a few working days.
Reporting a factual error
To make a correction quick to act on, please include:
- the page address (for example /treatment/antibiotics)
- the sentence or figure you believe is wrong
- the source you think is correct, if you have one

What we cannot help with
We cannot give personal medical advice, look at photographs of a wound or rash, interpret a swab or culture result, or advise on doses or whether to change an antibiotic. Please take those to a doctor, pharmacist or nurse who can examine you — and treat sepsis warning signs as an emergency, as set out in the medical disclaimer.
We also do not accept guest posts, sponsored content, paid links or affiliate proposals, and such enquiries will not receive a reply.
